基于厕所环境改善的购物中心发展研究.rar

摘 要:我国购物中心发展迅速，但发展不平衡。从公共服务中提取出厕所环境来看，已经完全不能与世界接轨。本文着重研究厕所环境的重要作用以及厕所环境所能反映出的管理水平。通过提出问题，分析问题背景，进行国内的大型购物中心的厕所环境与国外的比较，并结合问卷调查的统计结果以及SWOT分析法来反映出所面临的问题以及解决方法。本文的重点集中在发现问题和解决问题上。通过问卷的发放，听取消费者的意见，发现了许多问题，而这些问题并没有被管理者所重视。但是就大型购物中心来说，厕所环境可以反映出一个大型购物中心的管理水平。最后，通过多这些问题的总结，提出了五条解决加强购物中心的管理策略，分别通过提高厕所环境的质量以及改善厕所的设计，来提高整个购物中心的管理水平，最终目的是吸引更多的顾客，加大销售额。使购物中心在激烈的竞争中通过厕所环境这一方面可以脱颖而出。

ABSTRACT:Shopping Mall has been developing rapidly in China, but uneven development. Extract from the public services out of the bathroom environment, completely with the rest of the world.This article focuses on the importance of an environmental study on the toilet and the bathroom environment as reflected by the level of management. By asking questions, analyze the background, the mall bathroom environment of domestic and foreign comparison, and combined with the survey results, and SWOT Analysis Method to reflect the problems faced andsolutions.This article concentrates on find and solve problems. Through the issuance of questionnaires, listen to the views of consumers, found many problems and these problems are not governed by the attention. But in terms of shopping malls, bathroom environment reflects a large shopping centre management level.Finally, through a summary of these issues, proposes five resolve to strengthen the mall management policies, through improving the quality of the bathroom environment and to improve the design of the bathroom, to improve the management level of the mall, the ultimate goal is to attract more customers and increase sales.Through the bathroom environment in a shopping mall in the fierce competition that will stand out.
