摘 要:通过理论研究和实证研究发现，在创业企业发展到一定阶段时，决策效率的高低将直接影响创业企业发展趋势和发展速度。而创业企业的创始人团队结构是影响企业决策效率的重要因素，但由于现阶段很多创业企业在组建创始人团队时，多数以情感为主，较少考虑到知识结构的组成和知识、技能互补性，以及在企业初始运营时期，对股权结构构建和完善的忽视，导致企业在运营一阶段后，出现各种问题。
本课题主要以我国南部某地区商业社交圈为研究对象，以调查问卷结合深度访谈的形式，进行创业企业创始人团队知识结构、股权结构对决策效率的影响的研究。研究发现在创业企业运营阶段，企业创始人团队知识结构、股权结构对创业企业项目运行初始决策时间以及决策质量有重要影响。创业企业创始人知识结构越均衡、股权结构越合理，企业项目运行的决策效率就越高，表现为项目运行初决策时间较短，决策质量较高。

ABSTRACT:Through theoretical research and empirical research found that the business enterprise development to a certain stage, the decision-making efficiency of high and low will directly affect the business enterprise development trend and speed of development. And founder of venture enterprises team structure is the important factors that affect enterprise decision-making, but due to the many startup founder team at this stage, most is given priority to with emotion, less considering the composition of knowledge structure and complementary knowledge and skills, as well as the initial operation period, the enterprise's neglect of equity structure component, lead to enterprise a stage after the operation, appear all sorts of problems.
Study found that in the start-up operation stage, the enterprise founder team knowledge structure, ownership structure to run the initial startup project decision-making time, and quality has important influence. Startup founders knowledge structure more perfect, equity structure, more detailed, enterprise project running the decision-making efficiency, the higher the performance for the project decision at the beginning of operation time is shorter, higher quality decision-making.
