边际分析法在XXX纺织公司财务管理中的运用研究.doc

摘要:从2003年南通盛宇纺织公司成立以来，短短的10多年中，财务管理在公司运营中的作用越来越大。但近年来南通盛宇纺织公司财务管理中出现一些问题给盛宇纺织公司带来了阻碍，并且造成了不小的损失。这些问题源于财务管理决策没有依据。本文在认真查阅了财务管理理论，边际分析法的运用理论的基础上，选取南通盛宇纺织有限公司做了研究。南通盛宇纺织公司是一个专门经营布料的生产加工和经销批发的纺织公司，是一个中型胚布供应企业。南通盛宇纺织公司在财务管理中还是存在各种各样的问题。边际分析法已经成为大多数公司使用的的基本的一个方法，为公司运营作出了指导方向。本文就如何使用边际分析法解决公司财务管理中存在的问题使公司平稳发展，以盛宇公司边际分析法的运用为主线，运用边际分析理论，结合实际运用情况进行系统数据分析，剖析了财务管理中存在的问题，并对边际法在财务管理中的运作做了详细描述。对边际分析法在财务管理中的作用的肯定，并低边际分析法在财务管理中的运用进行总结。边际分析法对于绝大多数的公司进行财务管理决策实现企业发展有着重要意义。

Abstract:From the 2003，the company of Nantong Shengyu textile since its establishment, in the past 10 years, the financial management in the company operation is more and more. But in recent years the company financial management problems of Nantong Shengyu textile have hindered to Shengyu textile company, and caused no small loss. These problems of the financial management decision without basis. In this paper, carefully check the financial management theory, marginal analysis theory, selected Nantong Shengyu Textile Co., Ltd. is studied. Nantong Shengyu textile company is a production and processing of specialized in fabric and wholesale distribution of textile companies.It  is a medium-sized cloth supply enterprises. Nantong Shengyu textile companies still exist various problems in the financial management. Marginal analysis method has become the most companies use a method of basic, make the direction for the company operation. This article on how to use the method of marginal analysis to solve the existing problems in the financial management of the company to ensure the steady development of the company, to use Sheng Yu company marginal analysis method as the main line, using the theory of marginal analysis, combined with the actual application of the system data analysis, analyzes the problems in financial management, and the operating margin method in financial management a detailed description. The effect of marginal analysis in the financial management of the affirmation, use and low marginal analysis in the financial management of the summary. Significant marginal analysis method for financial management decision for the vast majority of corporate development.
