摘要:在如今我国经济高速发展的大背景下,企业间的竞争愈演愈烈,中小型企业作为我国经济的重要组成部分,也表现出了强劲的发展势头。然而在不断变化的市场竞争体系中,中小企业的弱点也显露无疑,长远发展态势还很严峻,中小企业的发展道路该如何行进下去,是英勇博弈拼前程,还是退居后线守空房?我认为答案是不用怀疑的。
在知识经济时代的发展环境下,人才的吸引、开发、激励与保留,是公司维持和培育竞争力,取得可持续竞争优势的重要战略手段。这也要求中小企业要顺应时代发展需要,加强对员工的重视,重视对员工的激励。作为中流砥柱的核心员工凭借其稳定的特质更有助于企业的长远稳定发展,其在企业中的地位更是毋庸置疑,正因为如此,核心员工的激励对于企业的兴衰成败、长远发展来讲显着十分重要的意义。本文先是从相关理论的阐述出发,通过理论基础的铺垫,再结合我所阅读的各类相关文献资料与我实习单位(以下简称CB公司)的实际情况,分析当前我国中小企业核心员工激励现状、问题及原因,探索当下对我国中小企业核心员工行之有效的激励策略。最后通过总结我国中小企业核心员工激励现状与实习公司的实际情况,结合激励理论,以全方面的角度提出关于核心员工的激励的针对性措施。

ABSTRACT:In the context of rapid economic development in China,Competition among enterprises is becoming more competitive. Small and medium-sized enterprises as an important part of China's economic also showed a strong momentum of development. However, in a constantly changing market competition system, the small and medium-sized enterprise weaknesses are evident; the long-term trend is still grim. How to development of small and medium-sized enterprises, Is the face, or escape? I think the answer is no doubt.
In the era of knowledge economy development environment, Attract, develop, motivate and retain talent, is to maintain and nurture the competitiveness, and as a strategic tool to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. It also requires SMEs to keep pace with the development needs of the times, to increase its emphasis on staff, and emphasis on incentives for employees. The mainstay of the core staff with its stable traits will be more helpful to the long-term and stable development of enterprise. Its position in the enterprise is no doubt. Because of this,the core staff incentive is very important for success or failure, long-term development of the enterprise. This paper starts from the related theory, combined with the various related documents and the actual situation of the Practice unit, and analysis of current situation of incentive status, problems and causes of the core staff of small and medium-sized enterprises, to explore the effective incentive strategy for core staff of SMEs. Finally, by summing up Incentive status of small and medium-sized enterprise’s core staff, combining with the theory of motivation, put forward the effective incentive strategy that pointed primarily at the core staff in all aspects.
