摘要:对外文化贸易是国家间通过文化商品和文化服务的输出与输入而进行的一种贸易活动,对外文化贸易作为一种创新型经济和一个国家输出文化和价值观的重要手段,为提升国家的硬实力和软实力起到巨大的作用。那么如何去提高中国的对外文化贸易呢?本文从研究国内外文化贸易现状出发,分析我国文化贸易落后的原因,借鉴国外的成功经验,找出破解目前中国对外文化贸易困境的对策使得我国文化贸易逆差能够得到改善,从而使中国文化走向世界,成为世界文化贸易大国。

Abstract:Cultural trade between countries is through cultural goods and service output and input to a trade, foreign trade in culture as a kind of innovative economy and a national output of cultural values and important means, to promote national hard power and soft power lays a great role. So how to improve China’s foreign trade in culture? This thesis studies the domestic and foreign cultural trade current situation, analysis of China’s cultural trade backward reason, draw lessons from domestic and international successful experience, find out the crack at Chinese foreign culture trade the countermeasure of predicament makes China culture trade deficit can be improved, so that the Chinese culture to the world, to become world cultural trade.

通过对中国对外文化贸易的研究,了解了中国对外文化贸易的现状和不足,中国的对外文化贸易要健康发展,必须有中国政府的高度重视,在中国文化实施“走出去”的大战略的背景下,通过国家资金,政策,技术,法律,税收和贸易环境的全方位支持和引导,中国文化企业的自主创新,高素质文化人才的培养,高科技产业的支撑,和观念的转变,才能推动中国对外文化贸易的全面发展,逐渐扭转中国对外文化贸易的逆差地位,在对外文化贸易的繁荣发展中,实现中国的文化的“走出去”战略,促进中国文化的全面繁荣。
