摘要:未来企业的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争,“以人为中心”逐渐成为现代企业管理发展的主要趋势。面对变幻莫测的经济环境,突如其来的各种挑战,团队这种组织形式应运而生。它强调了组织内部的平等协调,具有较强的应变能力、适应能力和创新能力,更符合全球经济发展规律,适应动态经济体系的运行轨迹。特别是在高效能和创新方面具有极强的灵活性和风险抵抗能力,受到企业的普遍青睐。能否拥有一支优秀高效的团队已经成为现代企业竞争的制胜之本,关系到企业的成败和长远发展,因此团队建设这一课题已被各国学者长期深入研究,各企业也开始寻求适合自身的团队建设方案。本文将先就团队相关理论进行阐述,并集中分析我国企业团队建设的现状,对企业团队建设中出现的问题进行深入研究,最终为企业进行团队建设出谋划策。本文在团队建设方面提出,第一,优秀团队要有清晰而明确的统一目标;第二,团队建设需要完善的企业文化相配合;第三,注重提高成员的执行能力是提高团队绩效的有效手段;第四,利用完善的培训机制提高团队成员能力素质;第五,优秀团队需要制定并实施正确的人事制度;第六,团队应建立并健全激励机制,突出制度性激励。希望本文的浅见,能够丰富企业团队建设的理论,提升团队建设理论的实用性价值,并为国内企业高绩效团队的建设提供参考。

Abstract:Future competitiveness of enterprises , in the final analysis is the talent competition , "people-centered " development of modern enterprise management has become a major trend . The face of the vagaries of the economic environment, the unexpected challenges , the team came into this form of organization . It emphasizes the equality of coordination within the organization , with a strong resilience, adaptability and innovation, better adapted to globalization and dynamic operating economy. Especially its innovative, efficient and flexible competitive effects of the anti-risk ability , favored by many companies . Can owns a excellent and efficient team has become a modern enterprise competition winning of the country , relationship to the enterprise the success or failure and long-term development, and therefore team building of this topics have been been scholars from various countries long-term in-depth study , and all enterprises also began to seek suited to their own 's team -building programs. This paper will first elaborate on the theory of groups and focused on analyzing the status quo of corporate team building , corporate team building on issues that arise in-depth study and, ultimately, how to conduct team building corporate feasible suggestions . This paper argues that, First, the good team needs clear goals ; Second , team building needs healthy corporate culture compatible ; Third, focus on improving the team's ability to execute an effective means to improve team performance ; Fourth, improve the training system to improve the use of quality and ability of team members ; fifth , excellent team needs to develop and implement the right personnel system ; sixth , the team should establish and improve the incentive mechanism , highlighting the institutional incentives . 我国企业在新时期的发展充满了挑战和机遇。对此,企业应该积极采纳先进的团队学说和借鉴外企的相关经验指导企业管理实践,对发达国家先进的管理理念、方法要结合我国实情有选择性地借鉴学习;通过分析研究我国实际情况,将这些管理理念、方法融入我国企业的实际工作中去,摸索出一套适合我国国情的创新管理体系。对于一名企业管理者来说,需要具备团队管理的相关知识,才能制定出人性化的管理体系和机制,才能合理调动员工的积极性,提高企业工作效率,加速实现既定目标,从而带动我国企业管理整体层次的提升。
本文以团队理论为指导,对企业的团队建设的实践进行了分析和研究,欲通过对团队建设的研究和分析,并借鉴成功企业团队建设经验,为我国企业团队建设中出现的一些问题给出解决思路,提出改进建议。希望通过这些浅知拙见能对我国企业团队建设的改进尝试与大胆实践有所帮助,为企业建设高绩效团队提供理论参考。作者虽有幸参与到实习企业的团队建设过程中,了解部分企业团队建设和日常管理中常见的问题与难点,也对国际上优秀团队的建设经验有所认识,但受本人理论水平的限制,且实际工作经验不足,文中尚有词不达意之处,包括提出的一些团队建设与日常管理方面的浅见,还有待经过实践的洗礼与验证,并不断完善改进。
