建设工程监理对施工阶段质量控制的研究.doc

摘要:随着不断发展的现代建筑市场,企业竞争日益激烈，产品和服务的质量成为决定胜负的关键因素。然而,工程质量一直没有真正被人们重视,工程监理被长期忽略。一些质量管理工作,往往只停留在表面,重视书面材料,但是没有项目质量改进,没有注重质量管理工作的好坏和实际效果。目前的业主的工程质量要求越来越高,如果监管者在施工过程不严格的监督和检查施工单位的质量完成项目,将会影响企业的发展。因此,针对建设工程监理在施工阶段质量控制的研究是必要的。

Abstract：With the constantly development of modern construction market, increasing competition of enterprises, the quality of products and services is one of the important factors that decide the outcome. However, engineering quality and have been no real importance to by people, engineering supervision has been ignored for a long time. Introduced by some of the quality management work, tend to stay on the surface, only attach importance to the written materials all ready, but not the project quality was improved, the work of quality management and actual effect. Supervision industry, the current owner of engineering quality requirements more and more high, if supervisors in construction process is not strict supervision and inspection of the quality of the construction unit to complete the project, will affect the development of the enterprise. Therefore, in view of the construction project supervision in construction stage quality control research is necessary.

论文研究的背景

　　　随着不断发展的现代建筑市场,企业竞争日益激烈，产品和服务的质量成为决定胜负的关键因素。然而,工程质量一直没有真正被人们重视,工程监理被长期忽略。一些质量管理工作,往往只停留在表面,重视书面材料,但是没有项目质量改进,没有注重质量管理工作的好坏和实际效果。目前的业主的工程质量要求越来越高,如果监理者在施工过程不严格的监督和检查施工单位的质量完成项目,将会影响企业的发展。因此,针对建设工程监理在施工阶段质量控制的研究是必要的。

论文研究的意义

　　　在工程项目的开展和管理过程中推行监理制度具有很大的优点，不光保证项目的质量，而且能促使项目有效率地展开，因此受到工程领域越来越多的重视。随着我国监理制度的改进，我国所造的鸟巢，水立方，青藏铁路等一批工程，它的技术含量之高，建造难度之大，令世界刮目想看。因此，非常有必要进行监理对建筑工程施工阶段质量控制的研究。
