摘要：原材料库存是制造业发展的基础，只有保证充分的原材料库存，才能使企业正常持续的发展。库存对于一个企业而言非常重要，可以说库存就是企业运作的润滑剂。持有库存具有规模经济效应，可以缓冲不确定因素的影响，平衡需求和供给。但原材料库存水平过高，会给企业造成大量的库存成本，企业的资金周转率降低，进而影响其在同行业中的竞争力。

　　　F集团是一家电子产品组装代工企业，其笔记本电脑组装所用的原材料种类繁多，因此F集团很有必要采取适当的措施来降低原材料库存水平与库存成本，提高资金周转率。但是过低的库存也会给公司带来巨大的风险，如当生产时出现原材料件缺料的情况，就要通过紧急采购来保证订单按时完成交货，这样会增加更多的成本与费用。要怎样保持一个合适的库存水平，既能保证公司原材料的库存水平较低，提高资金周转率，又能确保订单按时生产交货，是该公司面临的一个重大问题。

　　　本文结合相关的库存理论知识与F集团的现有情况，为F公司的原材料库存管理提出一些库存管理优化的建议，对F集团以后的原材料库存管理提供一些参考。

ABSTRACT：Raw materials inventory is the development of the manufacturing base, only to ensure adequate stocks of raw materials, to enable enterprises to normal sustainable development. Inventory is very important for a business, it can be said that the operation of enterprises lubricant inventory. Holding stocks with economies of scale, can buffer the impact of uncertain factors, balance demand and supply. However, raw material inventory levels are too high, will cause a lot of inventory cost companies, and the cash flow rate is reduced, thereby affecting its competitiveness in the industry.

　　　The F Group is an electronics contract manufacturing company, its notebook computer assembly used in a wide variety of raw materials, so the F group is necessary to take appropriate measures to reduce raw material inventory levels and inventory costs, improve cash flow rate. But the low inventory will also give the company a huge risk, such as occurs when the production of raw materials, parts shortage situation, it is necessary to ensure that through emergency procurement orders completed on time delivery, this will add more costs and expenses. How to keep a proper inventory levels, both to ensure that the company's inventory levels of raw materials, improve cash flow rate, while ensuring timely production delivery orders, the company faced a major problem.

　　　In this thesis, the aim to use the inventory theoretical knowledge with the F group’s existing situations, to find a way for the F Group’s inventory management optimization to make some recommendations, and provide some reference to the F group’s raw material inventory management.

　　　库存问题是人类社会活动，特别是生产经营活动中一个普遍存在的问题。在企业库存管理中“供大于求”或“供不应求”的情况经常出现。为了使供给和需求在空间、时间上达到一定的协调，就必须建立科学的存储管理决策方案，及时采取必要的措施从而预防各种以外的发生。库存问题的研究对现实的社会经济活动起到了重要的指导作用。

　　　随着全球经济一体化的发展，我国的廉价人力资源优势和规模生产优势逐步得到体现。90年代末期以来，加工贸易在中国大地上如火如荼地展开，在对外贸易中的份额占有近六成比重，成为贸易顺差最重的贡献力量，大量代工企业在中国兴起。而F代工企业是专业从事计算机、通讯、消费电子等3C产品组装制造的大型企业，无论是原材料库存量还是加工好的产成品库存量都是相当大的。库存对于一个企业而言非常重要,可以说库存就是企业运作的润滑剂。持有库存具有规模经济效应,可以缓冲不确定因素的影响,平衡需求和供给,但保有库存过多,会占用企业流动成本,增加企业费用,还会掩盖质量问题。因此合理设置企业库存量,对企业的物流成本降低至关重要。

　　　本课题的主要目的就是要结合F企业的实际生产经营活动，设计一套原材料库存管理的优化方案，对方案的合理性与可执行性进行分析，并分析方案的预期效果。
