摘要：随着蓬溪县经济社会将迎来快速发展，现有气田产量和管网输气能力不能满足蓬溪县对天然气的需求。川中油气矿拟新建输气管道以实现蓬溪县天然气的合理调配，从根本上解决蓬溪县天然气市场的供需矛盾。为配合该输气管道的建设，对蓬溪县的天然气市场进行了调查研究，通过调查蓬溪地区天然气供需现状，预测未来需求量，发现供需缺口，为蓬溪县实施新的供气方案提供基础数据。

　　　本文首先对蓬溪县用气现状进行概括、分析，对蓬溪县用气需求进行预测。然后分别对蓬溪县周边气源与供气管网进行了分析，建立分析模型进行供需平衡分析。在此基础上提出蓬溪县的供气方案选择，并最后得出相关结论。

ABSTRACT：With the development of economy and society in PengXi county will usher in rapid development, production and distribution of existing gas transmission capacity can not meet the demand for natural gas in PengXi county. A reasonable allocation of Sichuan oil and gas mine plans to build a new gas pipeline to PengXi county natural gas, solve the contradiction between supply and demand of natural gas market in PengXi County, fundamentally. For the construction of the gas pipeline, the natural gas market in PengXi county were investigated, through the supply and demand of natural gas in PengXi area, to predict the future demand, found that the gap between supply and demand, and provide basic data for the implementation of supply of new PengXi county[15]. 

　　　This paper summarizes, analysis of the status of gas in PengXi County, PengXi county and forecast of gas demand. Then the PengXi County surrounding gas and gas pipeline are analyzed, analysis model is established for the balance of supply and demand analysis. On the basis of the selection of air supply scheme of PengXi County, and finally draws the related conclusion.

　　　天然气能源在经济社会发展中具有很大的作用，可以为保证工业生产和方便广大人民生活，同时，天然气作为一种清洁能源，广泛的使用天然气有利于环境的保护。本文在对蓬溪县用气现状分析的基础上，提出了未来几年蓬溪县的用气需求预测。然后结合现有的气源和管网现情况，建立模型对蓬溪县天然气供需平衡进行分析，综合考虑蓬溪县用气缺口、周边管网、现有装置的运行，提出以下供气方案并进行财务评价。关于供气方案，综合各种因素，提出供气最终方案，并考虑出现的问题以及解决方案。

　　　本论文围绕着蓬溪县天然气供气方案进行了一些初步的探讨与研究，得出了一定的研究结论。但是限于我本人在知识范围、时间、能力等多方面的局限，所得结论尚显肤浅，必定存在不足与错漏之处，敬请各位专家、学者不吝赐教，予以批评指正。
