中文摘要:英语词汇的掌握是英语语言学习的重要条件,是影响英语语言整体学习成效的重要因素。而学习动机是直接推动学生学习的内部动因。研究表明,学习者的学习动机越强,其外语学习的态度就越认真,外语学习的潜能发挥的程度就越大,学习效果就越好,反之,学生的学习效果就会大大降低。
-本论文阐述了学习动机理论,采用问卷调查的研究方法调查了当前初中英语词汇教学的现状。发现初中英语词汇教学中普遍存在模式固定,方法单一,缺乏趣味性,忽视学生学习情感因素等问题,这一定程度上挫败了学生英语词汇学习的兴趣和动机,影响了学习效果。论文在分析问题原因的基础上,基于学习动机理论,提出了有效的英语词汇教学策略,包括设计和实施以兴趣为主的词汇教学活动,采用多种且有效的词汇教学方法,给学生创造体验学习环境以及创造词汇学习语境,以期有助于激发学生的积极学习动机,提高英语教学效果。
