中文摘要:阅读在英语学习甚至日常生活中都发挥重要作用,因为人类文化起源于书面文字,阅读是我们获取信息的重要途径,所以国内越来越多的学者研究如何提高学生阅读能力,然而针对不同阶段教师的阅读教学对比研究相对较少,本论文主要研究新手与专家型教师在阅读课上的教学差异,并为将来的研究提供建议。
为了对教师阅读教学有一个更全面地认识,本研究选取了东莞某初中的两名不同教龄的英语教师作为研究对象,对新手型与专家型教师在阅读教学上的理解与实施进行案例分析。采用观察法和访谈法深入了解两类教师在阅读教学上的看法。通过深入研究,笔者发现新手与专家教师教学中存在明显差异,研究表明,新手教师对阅读教学的基本流程有初步认识,但是缺乏灵活的组织和协调能力,不能根据学生课堂行为表现调整教学策略;在阅读策略的训练上过于注重形式,没有给予学生足够的时间内化;在材料选择上,缺少全面性和延续性;在课堂监控上,缺少发现问题的意识,阅读整体效果不佳。本研究建议从教学观念,教学策略,教学方法,评价体系,阅读材料选择等几个方面加强阅读教学。
