Abstract: Advertisement is characterized by business value and high practicability. We can know that a good advertisement can always successfully promote consuming. As a result, advertisement translation plays a significant role with the development of commodity economy today. And it is very important for you to know the art of publicity and to learn how to translate advertising language in a style of beauty, accuracy, as well as reaching a gist. This paper is supposed to work on the systematic research of some characteristics and features of English advertising language from the aesthetic perspective. Also, the author analyzes the existing problems during translating, and then puts forwards some principles and criteria of translation. Finally several translation strategies of English advertising language are summarized.

摘要:广告具有很高的商业价值和实用性,一则好的广告往往能够成功引导消费者购买本产品,所以说在商品经济日趋发展的今天广告翻译就显得尤为重要。如何讲究宣传的艺术性,如何将广告翻译地 优美、准确、达意,影响十分重大。本文将主要从美学角度来分析和探讨英语广告语言的一些特点和风格,研究英语广告之美,同时通过对比,发现翻译中存在的问题和不足,提出翻译的原则和标准并最后总结出英语广告语言的多种翻译技巧和策略。
