Abstract:Nowadays, more and more people do business with foreigners. But in the course of connecting with the foreigners, business correspondence is widely used in our daily life. In general, most of them are used in public relationship, to express feelings, information and to cope with business. Thus, it is important for those who engage in foreign affairs to command the language features and writing techniques about business correspondences.
This thesis aims at analyzing the business correspondence by using the theories of stylistics. At the beginning, it talks about the background information of stylistics. Then, it goes on analyzing the linguistic features of all kinds of business correspondence. In the procedure of analyzing, it provides some examples for readers to understand. As to the analysis of business correspondences, it can be divided into four levels: lexical, syntactical, discourse and figure of speech.
This thesis tries to draw a clear picture of many linguistic features of difference business correspondences and give some basis information for understanding business correspondences. I hope it will help learners.

摘要:现在,越来越多的人与外商做买卖,而在与外国人交流往来的过程中,商务英语写作已广泛运用到我们的日常生活中。总的来说,大多数商务英语写作表现在公共关系,表达情感,信息与商务贸易。由此可见,对于那些从事外贸活动的人来说,掌握商务英语写作的语言特点及写作技巧是尤为重要。
本篇论文重在通过文体学的理论分析商务英语写作。首先,我们从文体的背景信息开始,接着,分析各种商务信函的语言特点。在整个的分析过程中,我们会提供一些例子帮助读者理解。对于商务信函的分析,可以分为四个层次:词汇,句法,语篇以及修辞。
这篇论文尝试着给读者勾勒出不同商务信函的语言特点的清晰框架,并提供一些基础知识,帮助理解商务信函的写作。我希望本文能给予读者一些帮助。
