ABSTRACT:As a unique art, language plays an important role in interpersonal communication. In today's increasingly globalized world economy, with more frequent and close contacts of the international business, pragmatic strategy during the business contacts issues directly affect the actual results of the business contacts. Fuzzy language as one of the main pragmatic strategies plays an important role in business negotiations. This article mainly focuses on how fuzzy words are used in business negotiation. The definition and classification of business negotiation and fuzzy words will be presented. Through case analysis of the application of fuzzy words in business negotiations, so as to prove the previous studies and concluded that the authors’ own opinion. Finally a summary of this paper is given and also given reference significance for other research papers and the limitation of the article.

摘要:语言作为一门独特的艺术,在人际交往中发挥着重要的作用。在世界经济日趋全球化的今天,随着国际间商务交往活动的频繁和密切,商务交往中的语用策略直接影响着商务交往的实际效果。模糊语言作为一种主要的语用策略,在商务谈判中起着重要的作用。本文则主要从模糊词语着手,阐述商务谈判以及模糊词语的定义和分类,通过案例分析模糊词语在商务谈判中的应用,从而论证前人的研究并且得出作者自己的看法。最后在表达出论文对他人的指导意义以及论文的局限性。
