ABSTRACT

 

Due to the insufficient attention paid to it, there exist some problems in translating both the borrowed and the traditional educational psychological terminologies from Chinese into English. 

Through an examination of the features of educational psychological terminologies in the Chinese language and a sum-up of the strategies for the C-E translation of the educational psychological terminologies, this paper concludes that back translation is the primary strategy adopted to translate those terminologies borrowed into Chinese and the standardization strategy should be prioritized in translating traditional Chinese educational psychological terminologies into English.
