Abstract: In recent decades, with the development of China's reform and opening up, foreign culture has begun to flood into China. Among them, film culture has had a tremendous impact on Chinese young people. It has a profound influence on all aspects of clothing, food, housing, love, values, and outlook on life. These effects not only have positive impacts on Chinese young people but also have some negative effects. The author studied the film The Devil Wears Prada and found that its influence on Chinese young people is mainly reflected in the following three aspects: 1.The impact on the concept of love 2.The impact on values 3.The impact on the outlook on life. By discussing the effects of these three aspects, this paper aims to help Chinese young people establish a correct concept of love, values and life, and let them realize that they should not blindly worship foreign cultures, and should keep the good sides and give up the bad ones.
