Abstract:  As we know, the Bible has shaped a series of colorful female images. The analysis of them is also an indispensable way to understand and appreciate the profound biblical literature. And it is also known that the Holy Bible is a version which is filled with religious ideology, therefore, when we classify the female images in the Bible, we should think the relationship between themselves and the God. According to this way of sorting, I classify the female images into three categories: positive images of women, negative images of women and complex images of women. What’ more, I will point out the significances and the values of these female images. I will also analyze the biblical view of women, by emphasizing the equality of men and women, and expressing the fact that women are important. Finally, in my paper, I will explore the significance of their existence.
