摘要:随着市场经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，智能住宅小区已经成为人们安家置业的首选，业主们不但对住宅的本身的美观、质量要求越来越高，同时对小区物业的服务和管理质量也有着较高的要求。这样要求小区管理员对物业进行全面细致的管理，对于这些要求最好的方法就是是采用以计算机操作为基础的小区管理系统来实现对小区的智能管理，现在的小区规模不断扩大，住户也越来越多，像小区中的汽车车位的分配，小区的各项维修、投诉等都将越来越复杂，工作量也将越来越大。如果这些都依靠人力来处理的话不仅保密性差，效率底下，而且时间长了就会产生大量复杂的数据和文件，若是想查找或者维护数据就会给管理员带来很多困哪。
随着计算机技术的不断普及和计算机数据处理能力不断增强，利用计算机来管理小区物业已经成了必然的趋势。利用计算机网络和数据库技术，我们可以采用ASP.net技术和SQL Sever 2005数据库系统组件来构成智能小区的管理系统。这样的小区管理系统操作简单，运用方便、效率也大大的提高了。本系统界面设计大方、简洁、实用，操作简单方便,是一款基本符合当代智能小区日常事务管理的软件。既节省了小区管理员的人力资源也满足了用户的基本需求。
