摘要:随着中国经济的迅猛发展，物流在现在商业中的地位不断提高，作为十大朝阳企业之一，物流业的竞争也是越来越激烈。在这样的背景下，对也客户的开发、发展就显得尤为的重要。但是，就目前物流行业的客户管理系统来看，大多过于简单，无法进行系统化，专业化的客户管理。鉴于此开发一个系统化的客户管理系统显得尤为迫切。
本设计的目的是为了建立一个系统化的客户管理系统。通过对现有的客户管理系统以及物流行业业务流程的分析，得出客户管理系统系统应该具有管理员注册登录、单据信息的管理、客户添加、客户基础信息管理以及数据统计分析能力等功能。采用VB开发语言和SQL Server 2000相结合设计系统并实现其相应功能。最后对软件进行测试与分析，保证其质量。本系统界操作方便，维护简单，并具有一定的安全性。
