摘  要：施工组织设计是用来指导施工项目全过程的综合性文件，提供了施工准备工作内容，协调施工过程中各项资源的关系。本设计主要包括以下内容：工程施工组织设计说明、施工进度计划安排、具体施工方案等。为确保工期、质量及安全，编制出切实可行的施工方案。以指导施工，控制成本，保证质量。施工组织是施工前的一项重要准备工作，也是施工企业实现施工项目科学管理的重要手段。

Abstract:The construction organization design is a comprehensive document which is used to guide the construction of the whole project. It provides construction preparation work and coordinates the resources of the construction process. The design includes the following: the design description of the construction organization, the arrangement of the construction schedule, the specific construction plan and so on. A feasible construction organization design is worked out to ensure the duration, quality and safety. It guides the construction, controls costs and ensures the quality of the project. The construction organization is an important preparation before the construction, and it is also an important measure for the construction industry to manage properly.

　　　施工组织是施工前的一项重要准备工作，也是施工企业实现施工项目科学管理的重要手段。通过施工组织设计的编制可以全面考虑拟建工程的各种具体施工条件，拟定合理的施工方案，确定施工顺序，施工方法和劳动组织，合理地安排拟定施工进度计划。

施工组织设计编制时，应根据国家有关的技术规定，并根据业主对工程项目的各项要求，结合工程具体条件，确定经济、合理、有效的施工方案和切实可行的施工进度，同时确定合理有效的技术组织措施及科学的施工现场空间布置。为拟建工程的设计方案在经济上的合理性，在技术上的科学性和在实施过程上的可行性进行论证提供依据，为建设单位编制基本建设计划和施工企业编制施工工作计划及实施施工准备工作计划提供依据。
