摘要:本设计是编制重庆巴南某办公楼室内装饰工程Ⅱ标段投标文件,具体目标是根据《GB50500-2008建设工程工程量清单计价规范》计算工程量,编制工程量清单,并根据《重庆装饰计价定额》2008和《重庆市建设工程安全文明施工措施费用计取及使用管理规定》“渝建发[2006]177 号”进行适当的投标报价。
本文工程量计算书采用工程量清单计价规则。本工程总工程造价为5411667.33元,总工期为100天,总建筑面积约为10405.2平方米,单位造价为520.09元/平方米。投标报价考虑了具体实际的相关技术措施和指标,部分考虑实际能力。清单报价采用的是自主报价的原则,所以在计算总的造价的时候,不用再单独去调整价差。
在此次毕业设计编制中,对于清单计价有了一个更深入的了解,清单计价更能体现一个公司本身的技术水平以及管理模式的优劣。对于装饰类的图纸,也有了一定了解,装饰的图纸主要的就是天地墙,分类少,但是细部的东西很多,下次再看到装饰类的图纸,不会再像这次一样,无从下手了。
