摘要:目前使用的切割机大多以小型机为主，其切割工具都是孤立分散的，需要完成工艺时再把切割工具现场安装，增加了操作负担。控制方式为触电开关，经常通断电，设备摩损大，降低了设备的使用寿命。且其操作麻烦，切割强度小，精度低，尺寸误差大、材料浪费大、使得后续加工工作量变大。同时劳动条件恶劣，生产效率低，在工程上需要批量生产、复杂的工艺要求的场合，这种切割机就要被淘汰了。总结了以往切割机存在的不足，现试图设计把各种切割工具集成在一个装备上，突破切割功能单一的瓶颈，可以通过上位机就能实现现场控制的切割设备。
本次研究的课题是基于PLC的SP板切割机控制系统的设计。选用了PLC作为SP板切设备的控制方式，编写了梯形图程序，设计了硬件控制系统和软件控制系统及自动横向切割的组态监控系统。PLC控制技术的飞跃，其功能之强大，应用之普遍，可以实现大型切割机的切割工具的集成化，PLC支持与组态王软件的通信，上位机对现场生产过程的实时监控和操作也成为了肯能。
具体实现的功能是：手动横向切割、大车快速纵向行走、手动纵向切割、手动斜向切割、开槽切割、自动横向切割。满足了人们对切割机的更高需求，操作方便，功能强大，高效率，使用安全，适用于各种场合。

The subject of this study is a multifunctional SP plate cutting machine PLC control system design. Selection of control mode, the PLC as the SP board cutting equipment to write a ladder program, design the hardware and software systems and automatic cutting configuration monitoring system. The powerful leap of the PLC control technology, its features, the application of the common large cutting machine cutting tool integration, PLC supports Kingview software communication, the host computer for real-time monitoring and operation of the site production process become willing to can.
The concrete realization of the function: horizontal cutting carts fast walk longitudinal, vertical cutting, oblique cutting, slotting cutting, automatic cutting. Meet the higher demand of the people on the cutting machine, easy to operate, powerful, efficient, safe, suitable for various occasions.
