摘要:随着社会的发展,科技的进步,以及测温仪器在各个领域的应用,智能化已是现代温度控制系统发展的主流方向。温度控制在日常生活及工业领域应用日趋成熟,而以往温度控制是由人工完成的而且不够重视,其实在很多场所温度都需要实时监控以防止发生意外。本文从硬件和软件两个层面介绍了基于单片机的智能温度检测控制系统的设计,并通过实际运行和调试来验证系统的精确度。该设计的硬件部分由温度采集电路、键盘、LED数码管显示电路、报警电路、继电器电路和控制电路组成。软件部分由设计思路、主程序函数、各模块软件系统框图、各模块对应子程序组成。先介绍整体的思路后,设计满足要求的主程序,再逐一分析各模块符合的程序,最终编写出满足主程序的子程序,从而通过主函数调用各子函数后实现由DS18B20温度传感器采集到的温度并显示出来,由此对温度进行有效检测与报警。该设计基本上满足了温度检测控制与报警的要求,具有测量温度精确,触发报警时间短,各模块布局一目了然,便于操作,易携带的特点,符合高精度实时监控的要求。
本设计的创新之处在于采用美国Dallas半导体公司的数字化温度传感器DS1820数字式温度传感器, 以AT89S52单片机来控制。该传感器占用单片机引脚少, 从而可以利用空余引脚通过软件模拟并进行温度显示。

ABSTRACT:With the development of society, advances in technology and the Thermometer at the various fields of application,the Intelligent is the development trend of the modern temperature control system.Temperature control in daily life and industrial applications has matured, the past, temperature control is done by hand but not enough to attach importance to.In fact, in many places the temperature will need real-time monitoring to prevent accidents.In this paper, from both hardware and software levels introduced Design of Intelligent Temperature Measuring control system design, and to verify the accuracy of the system through the actual running and debugging.The hardware part of this paper include temperature data acquisition circuit, keyboard, LED digital display circuits, alarm circuits, relays, circuit and control circuit.The software part includes design ideas, the main function, the software system block diagram of the various modules, each module corresponds to a subroutine.AT first,introduce the overall ideas of this design,Designed the main program to meet the requirements.In line with the program and then analyze each module, and ultimately to prepare to meet the main subroutine, the main function call subroutine collected by the DS18B20 temperature sensor temperature and displayed for effective detection and alarm, and the resulting temperature. The design is basically meet the requirements of the temperature measurement and control and alarm, with accurate temperature measurement, trigger the alarm time, the layout of each module at a glance, easy to operate, easy to carry, in line with the requirements of high precision real-time monitoring.
