摘要：随着时代的发展和变迁，音乐教育在我国越来越被人们所重视，音乐特长生的不断增长,社会音乐培训、音乐考级活动的红火正是我国社会音乐教育繁荣的表现。然而，笔者从自身的学习经历出发，通过与身边学习音乐的朋友,以及在与教育实习期间接触的音乐艺考生交流时发现,在音乐特长生的培养方面也生存在着一些问题，比如基本功不够扎实、音乐感受力不强，演奏的作品却一味地求大；文化课成绩不理想，知识面较窄等等。本文试图就这些问题，提出一些自己的想法和观点，与同仁们共同探讨。

Abstract:With the change and the development and of the times, music education in our country gets more and more attention by people. The constant growth of music special students, social music training, Music cma activities thriving are our social music education prosperity performance. However, starting from his own studying experience, the author finds that there are some problems in the cultivation of music special students through studying music with friends and when communicating with the music art examinees at his internship. Such as the fundamentals are not enough solid, the music capability is not so strong, playing work is too blindly, the taking grade is not so ideal and lack of knowledge and so on. This article tries to say something upon these problems, put forward some ideas and opinions of myself and discuss with colleagues together.

普通特长生在音乐学习培养的过程中应该注意如曲目多以浏览为主，不必学得过精，因为一般进入普通大学的特长生担任独奏的机会不多，但与人合作的机会、独立编排节目的机会较多，应该注重的是合作能力、组织能力的训练。所以，要加强对学生综合素养的培养。还应该充分给学生提供欣赏、了解名家名师的机会，不断提高学生的欣赏能力和审美能力，不断提高学生的艺术品味，达到各高校对学生的要求。
本文要重点讨论的对象艺考生艺考生是以艺术为学习方向，以各类专业的艺术院校为报考目标的特长生。这类学生绝大多数都是自幼学习，有一定的基础。但由于近年来社会艺术教育的不断发展，各类音乐培训机构也如雨后春笋般出现，良莠不齐，致使学生的基础水平也参差不一。然而教师之间、家长之间对学习进度和程度的无谓攀比，也导致了这些学生为了能考个较高的级别而置自身的实际水平于不顾，盲目地追求高级别，而使得这些学生的基础如空中楼阁般不堪一击。这就对他们的培养提出了一些要求：
