摘要：随着国家经济的高速发展，社会化生产力的不断提高，自动化生产使工作日缩短，余暇时间延长，人们在日常生活中的活动量减少，为体育锻炼提供了可能性，同时，目前人们已经不满足于简单的、直观的、分散的室外健身，他们需要有专业的场地、专业的器械、行之有效的锻炼效果以及有组织的、有专业教练指导的健身，健身房以其优质的服务和完善的配套设施成为了体育运动爱好者的好去处，同时，民间舞蹈以其特有的动作语汇，典型的中华民族风格文化，真实动人的情感表现，牢牢地吸引着观众们的视线，因此把民间舞更好的融入健身房操课中，就成为了健身房行业发展的趋势。本文通过对健身房行业现状，发展趋势，专业民间舞教学的特点（民族性、地域性、群众性、适应性等），民间舞成为健身操课的调整与转变、融合的基本情况进行研究，分析得出民间舞更好的融入健身房操课中的必要性和可行性，旨在为今后健身房行业针对不同年龄、性别、健康状况的人群的需求做出相应的调整，促使更多的人能够更好，更有保障，更愿意参与到健身房行业活动中来。

Abstract：With the rapid economic development, social roductivity gains, automation to reduce the working day, extended leisure time, people in daily life less active, provide the possibility to exercise the same time, present people have been satisfied with simple, intuitive, dispersed outdoor fitness, they need to have a professional site, professional equipment, effective exercise results and organized, professional fitness instructors, fitness room with its high quality service and improve the supporting facilities has become a good place for sports enthusiasts, while its unique folk dance movement vocabulary, the typical Chinese style, culture, real emotional and moving performance, attract the audience firmly in sight, so better integration of the folk dance exercise classes in the gym, the gym has become the trend of development of the industry. Based on the fitness industry status, trends, professional folk dance teaching characteristics (ethnic, regional, mass, adaptability, etc.), folk dance aerobics class as the adjustment and change the basic situation of fusion research, analysis come to a better integration of folk dance in the gym drills the necessity and feasibility to the gym industry for the future vary according to age, gender, health needs of people and make the appropriate adjustments, prompting more people to better, more secure and more willing to participate in industry events to go to the gym.
