浅析边疆少数民族地区的农村犯罪现象(C县为例).doc

摘要

由于现在是特殊的社会转型时期，农村在先进与落后生产力交替、新旧体制转换过程中，各种矛盾和问题日益显露出来，犯罪问题便是突出问题之一，它已经成为农业现代化面临的一大社会问题，影响着我国农村的稳定、社会主义新农村目标的实现。为此笔者以近年来大姚县农村犯罪为例，对边疆少数民族地区的农村犯罪现象进行了调查和统计分析，对农村犯罪的防治工作提出了一些自己的思考。

Abstract

It is due to the special period of social transition, rural in the advanced and backward productivity, alternately in transition of new old system, various kinds of contradiction and problem are shown increasingly come out, crime is one of the outstanding problems, it has become the agriculture modernization is faced with a major social problem, affecting our country rural stability, goal of socialistic new rural area realization of.This paper takes the Dayao county rural crime as an example, on the border and minority area rural crime phenomenon undertook investigation and statistical analysis on rural crime prevention work, puts forward some thinking.
