XX学院校园危机管理存在的问题及对策.doc

摘要

　　　随着改革开放的稳步推进，以及现代科学技术的发展，高校教育越来越受到国家的重视。但近年来，大学校园危机事件频频发生，严重威胁高校的稳定和发展。“高校危机”这一严肃的课题引起了教育界的广泛关注。高校近年发生的一连串危机事件，使我们认识到不但要重视学生的日常管理，还要重视危机事件的防范和有效解决。红河学院作为一所新建地方院校，地处边疆少数民族地区，和其他高校一样面临着危机挑战的同时，还具有自身的特殊性，尤其2008年以来相继发生的学生安全危机事件对学校的危机管理能力提出了不小的考验。

Abstract

　　　 With the steady development of reform and opening-up and the rapid development of the modern scientific technique, higher education has drawn the attention of the country. However, in the recent years, more and more school crisis has happened, which is the threats to the stability and development of the colleges and universities. The topic named “Higher education school crisis” has drawn the broad attention of the education. A series of the crisis happened in the colleges makes us realize that not only the daily management of the students should be emphasized, but also the prohibition and solution of the crisis should be dealt with. As a local newly-established university, Honghe University is located in minority border areas, it has its own particularity when it has to be confronted with the crisis challenge with the other universities, especially students’ security incidents have happened in succession since 2008, which is a test for the management ability of the school.
