当前农村中小学教师职后教育之路径与评价刍议
摘要：基础教育薄弱是当前世界上最严重的教育问题之一，这已经引起国际社会的高度关注。我国尤其是在欠发达地区，这一现状突出。而拥有一支高素质的中小学教师队伍则是提高基础教育水平的关键。因此发展农村中小学教师职后教育，并且建立完善的评价机制是当前我国教育改革所要采取的对策。

A preliminary study on the post vocational education of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas of China
Abstract:Weak basic education is currently one of the most serious problem of education in the world, it has attracted high attention of the international community. Especially in the less developed areas in our country, the status quo. And has a team of highly qualified primary and secondary school teachers is the key to improve the level of basic education. So the development of rural primary and secondary school teachers in education, and establish and improve the evaluation mechanism is the current education reform in our country should take countermeasures.
