摘要：从古到今，教师师德建设无疑与国家意志紧密相连，而新时期则要以社会主义核心价值观统领中小学教师师德建设，才能充分发挥社会主义核心价值观的指导作用，挽救当今时代各种师德滑坡现象，全面提高中小学教师道德水平。以社会主义核心价值观统领中小学教师师德建设需要多方面的努力，包括教师自身主动学习社会主义核心价值观的内涵并外化为具体的实践；各中小学校通过培训、营造校园文化氛围等方式帮助师德建设；以及各种制度的约束和保障。

Abstract: since ancient times, teachers' professional ethics construction undoubtedly with the will of the state are closely linked, and in the new period to teachers at primary and secondary schools under the guidance of the core values of the socialist view, in order to give full play the guiding role of the socialist core values, save nowadays Division of various kinds of moral landslide phenomenon, and comprehensively improve the moral level of primary and secondary school teachers.
