我国基础教育公平性问题探析.doc

摘要：基础教育公平是社会公平的重要方面，是构建和谐社会的基础，也是实现中国梦的重要保障。客观全面地认识我国基础教育发展过程中存在的不公平现象，切实推进基础教育公平，对于构建公平、和谐的社会以及中国梦的实现有着极为重要的现实意义。通过分析，本文从统筹经济发展，促进社会整体公平，实现思想转变以及政府积极作为等四个方面提出了自己的看法。

Abstract:The equity of basic education is the important base of harmonious society, the significant content of social justice and the important guarantee to realize the Chinese Dream. So, it has a very important practical significance to understand the reality of the unfairness in the development of basic education in our country objective, which can help to establish a fair, just, democracy, harmonious society and realize the Chinese Dream. On this matter, the paper submit proposals as follows through analysis: Co-ordinating economic development, promoting equitable society as a whole, changing the way of the thinking as well as government positive behaviour.

基础教育是给人提供基本的知识经验以及社会规范的教育。它旨在使每一个人能充分发挥自己的潜力以实现自己的人生价值，过上幸福的生活，并使之成为一个对国家和社会有用的人，能对国家和社会发展贡献自己的力量。由此可见，基础教育在整个教育体系中起到重要的枢纽作用。它的关键性决定了它必须具有公平性。在我国，基础教育经过多年的努力发展，虽然已取得了巨大的成就，但是因为起点低、底子薄，就总体而言，水平还远远不够，仍然存在许多不公平的现象，尤其是在广大贫困落后的农村地区。
