社会主义核心价值体系融入基础教育方法途径的改革创新.doc

摘要：党的十六届六中全会以来，把社会主义核心价值体系融入国民教育全过程逐渐得到了党和政府、学校，以及社会各方面的重视，取得了一定的成效，这在基础教育领域也有生动具体的体体现。调查发现，在社会主义核心价值体系融入基础教育的过程中，学校等不同的融入主体在方法途径的选择、创新方面取得了较大进展，但也存在不少问题。在这个问题上，学校、社会、家庭，以及各级党委、政府，都有努力的空间。把社会主义核心价值体系融入基础教育把事关青少年的健康成长，事关社会主义事业建设者、接班人的培养，要提高融入效果必须进行方法途径的改革创新。对此，担当起责任。

Abstract:Since the party's sixth plenary of sixteen session, the socialist core value  into the whole process of education gradually got the party and the government, schools, and social aspects of attention, has achieved certain success, it also has a vivid and concrete in the field of basic education of the body. The survey found that in the socialist core value system into the process of basic education, the different methods of integrated into the main body in the way such as school of choice, the innovation has made great progress, but there are also some problems. On this issue, school, society, family, and the party committees and governments at all levels, there are efforts to space. The basis of socialist core value system into the healthy growth of teenagers education, is a matter of builders and successors of the socialist.To improve the effect of integrated methods must be carried out in the way of reform and innovation. To this, bear responsibility.

教育是民族振兴的基石，是一个国家综合国力的显著标志之一，十八大报告中，习近平总书记再次强调要把教育摆在优先发展的战略地位，意把教育摆在优先发展的战略阵地。俗话说，育人为本，德育为先，加强思想教育建设必须要有社会主义核心价值体系的引领和主导，社会主义核心价值体系是中华民族在长期的历史实践中形成和发展起来的，是社会主义制度层面的本质规定，把社会主义核心价值体系融入普通中小学即基础教育全过程，是提高我国教育水平的迫切需要，是实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的必然要求。调查研究发现，目前在社会主义核心价值体融入基础教育的过程中，仍存在着知识陌生，概念模糊，及“融入”方法选择不当方面的问题。为有效的将社会主义核心价值体系融入基础教育全过程，必须重视“融入”方法途径的选择与创新，基于社会主义核心价值体系融入基础教育的现状，及融入方法途径存在的主要问题，我们必须在原有的基础上改革创新，取其精华弃其糟粕，继以新思路，新方法全面有效的将社会主义核心价值体系融入基础教育全过程。
