摘 要:随着近年来我国教育改革高校的不断扩招，大学生人数逐年剧增，如今大学生普遍面临着巨大的就业压力，大学生的光环早已不再，然而很多大学生却承担着家庭和社会的巨大期盼，由于难以接受现实和理想的巨大反差，大学生自杀、他杀等新闻层出不穷，当代大学生的心理健康状况令人担忧。为了更好地开展大学生心理健康教育，本文通过在我校进行朋辈心理咨询的访谈调查，分析我校朋辈心理咨询的现状和问题，结合社会工作专业的理论和知识，对我校开展朋辈心理咨询工作提出建议和意见，为我校大学生心理健康教育提供一条切实有效的途径。

ABSTRACT:With the continuous expansion of higher education reform in china in recent years,the number of university students is increasing year by year,now students are generally facing the huge employment pressure,college student’ halo already no longer,however many college students undertake an enormous to the family and society, because it is difficult to accept the reality and the ideal of tremendous contrast,college student dutch act and killed news emerge in an endless stream,it is the contemporary university students’ psychological health concerns,in order to carry put the psychological health education of college students,through the interview survey of peer counseling,combining the theory and knowledge of social work professional,some advice and opinions on our psychological consulting peer,provides a feasible and effective way to our school mental health education of college students.
