【摘要】在教师教育的过程中，教师与家长沟通效果是至关重要的，对教学质量和学生的健康成长有重要影响，这要教师与家长之间进行充分的合作与交流。新形势下，由于各种条件的改善，教师与家长沟通的模式也呈现出多样化，进一步增强了教师与家长之间的沟通。本文试图通过调查研究，改进以往的沟通模式，并探索教师与家长沟通的最佳模式，从而使教师教学与家长教育达成一致性，更好的对学生进行教育，达到良好的效果，帮助学生健康成长。

【Abstract】In the process of teacher education, it is crucial that the effect of communication between teachers and parents, because it has a major impact on the quality of teaching and students’ healthy growth. Therefore, to reach the goal, it requires the full cooperation and exchanges between teachers and parents. Under the new situation, due to the improvement of the conditions, the mode of communication between teachers and parents also becomes diversification and enhances the communication. This paper attempts to improve the past communication mode and explore the optimal mode of communication between teachers and parents by research, so that to achieve consistency of teachers’ and parent education. As a result, it can reach good effect to provide better education for students and help them grow up healthily.
