浅议拆迁过程中利益表达机制的完善.doc

【摘要】在当下拆迁过程中，利益表达机制的运行还存在着很多的问题，诸如拆迁过程中存在的问题主要有利益表达主体多元化，利益主体表达利益内容多样性等问题。面对这样的问题，构建并且完善已有的利益表达机制具有现实的必要性。关于利益表达机制的完善，我们必须积极引导利益表达，并且将利益表达机制制度化；强化人大代表职能，切实表达人民群众的利益；发挥大众传媒的利益表达窗口作用等。

【Abstract】In the current demolition process, the interests of the expression mechanism of running there is a lot of problems, such as  the operation of the mechanism for interest expression still exist many problems, such as the diversity of subject of expression of interest and the content. Faced with this problem, build and improve the existing interests of the expression mechanism have a practical necessity. Perfect the mechanism of expression of interests, we must actively guide the expression of interests, and to institutionalize mechanisms for expression of interests; to strengthen the people's deputies functions effectively express the interests of the people; play the interests of the mass media to express a window.
