摘要：我国是世界上人口数量最多的国家，也是老年人口数量最多的国家。我国于1998年正式步入老龄化国家行列。中国老人有80%以上在农村。但数量巨大却在二元经济中处于弱势的农民群体并未纳入与城镇统一的社会保障范畴。老龄化背景下的农村养老问题成为国家必须解决的一件大事。本文在借鉴众多专家学者研究成果的基础上,对人口老龄化背景下的江苏省南通市通州区农村的养老模式进行研究。并根据当地农村实际情况提出一些基本思路和相应的对策，及在这一方面的工作突破导向。

Abstract:Our country has the largest population in the world as well as has the the largest population of the eld.in 1998, our country entered into the aging country.80% of the eld live in the countryside.but the farmers with a huge population don't have the same social protection as the people living in the town and city under the two-way economy. it is becoming an ungent event for our country to deal with the retirement in the countryside ground in the aging. based on the results of many experts and schoolars,this paper has studied on the retirement mold of Tongzhou county of Nantong city in Jiangsu province ground in the aging and provides some ideas and corresponding methods to make some breaks according to the local situation.
