摘要：本文通过近期发生的“慈善门”事件来研究我国慈善组织捐赠机制，在贫富差距日益扩大的今天，慈善捐赠机制是慈善捐赠过程中各个环节之间相互作用的过程和方式是构建和谐社会的必要因素之一，但如今我国慈善捐赠事业却面临种种困境和危机，如捐赠主体的诚信缺失，捐赠信息的不透明化，捐赠方式的单一化等矛盾突出。文章主要通过事件来探析本质，透过慈善捐赠机制的现状，从捐赠主体，捐赠筹资机制，捐赠回馈机制，捐赠运行方式和慈善捐赠监管机制方面给出合理有效的建议，从微观角度给出具体的对策，从实际出发解决矛盾，防止问题恶化，使慈善组织捐赠事业蓬勃发展。
