农村公共产品供给中的问题及对策(XX市A区为例).doc

摘要：农村公共产品是全社会公共产品的重要组成部分。完善农村公共产品供给体制，加大政府对农村公共产品的供给，是缩小城乡差距，统筹城乡发展的重要手段，是建设社会主义新农村和构建社会主义和谐社会的重要举措，也是政府公共管理和公共服务的重要内容。研究农村公共产品供给问题有着重大的现实意义。

Abstract:In social public products,rural public products account a substantial proportion.Reconstructing the present suppy system of rural public proucts and increasing the govermment input rural public products are important means in narrowing down the gap between urban and rural areas ,and making overall planning for urban and rural economy and social development are important measures of building a new socialist countryside and socialist harmonious society are important part of government public management and administration and public serbices,too.It is of great significance in studying supply questions of rural public products.

　　加强农业基础，做好“三农”工作，对稳定经济社会发展大局具有特殊重要的意义。研究农村公共产品供给问题，有现实意义。搞好农村公共产品的供给、逐步提高农村基本公共服务水平，是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。本文对宿迁市宿豫区的农村公共产品的供给问题进行研究，提出农村公共产品供给的政策建议，可为宿迁市宿豫区的“三农”问题政策的落实和措施的制定，提供参考。
