浅析六婆串串香的特色经营模式.doc

摘要:随着现代化生产和经营管理方式的转变，特许经营方式开始成为企业扩张的非常重要手段之一。这种方式不仅仅可以快速的扩张企业经营规模，还可以运用标准化的服务方式实现有效科学管理方式。可以说，特许经营方式是一种快速的经营手段。成都六婆餐饮坐落于成都温江浩旺工业园区，六婆串串香从当初的街边小店，经短短两年时间，发展成为现今具有两百多家加盟店的工业化生产、企业化运作的餐饮连锁企业。为此，本论文选择餐饮业为主要行业背景，结合六婆串串香特许经营基本情况，存在问题以及原因分析，进而提出了六婆串串香特许经营实施对策，从而对六婆串串香特许经营发展有非常重要的指导的作用，也为我国其他餐饮企业提供一定的指导和借鉴的作用。

ABSTRACT:With the transformation of modern production and management mode, franchising began to become one of the most important means of enterprise expansion. This method can not only scale expansion of enterprise fast, can also use the standard service mode to realize the effective and scientific management mode. Can say, franchising is a fast operation. Sixth aunt restaurant is located in Chengdu Chengdu Wenjiang Wang Hao Industrial Park, six Shiva Chuanchuan Xiang from the original street shop, after just two years time, become now has more than 200 stores in the industrial production, business operation of the catering chain enterprises. Therefore, this thesis chooses the catering industry as main industry background, combined with the basic situation of franchising sixth aunt Chuanchuan Xiang, analysis the existence question and the reason, and puts forward six Shiva Chuanchuan Xiang Franchising Strategy, which has important guidance for the development of franchise six mother-in-law Chuanchuan Xiang role, but also provide certain guidance and reference for other catering enterprises in china.

　　　特许经营作为一种全新的商业模式，是利用知识产权的转让，充分地调动了一切有利的资本并将其实现了最优化的组合，因而它是一种非常具有潜力的企业发展模式。近年来，餐饮行业开始运用特许经营的方式来进行经营管理。但是现阶段我国餐饮行业的特许经营还是存在诸多的问题。为此，本论文选择六婆串串香特许经营为研究对象，结合特许经营的定义和内涵，分析器特色经营模式现状，如加盟管理架构及加盟流程；加盟商选择标准；特许经营收费标准；对加盟商提供服务。本论文分析了六婆串串香特色经营模式存在的问题，如受许人加盟审定资格问题；企业管理和规范化程度问题；对加盟商控制问题；统一物流配送问题。并在从基础上，论文提出了优化六婆串串香特色经营模式对策和保障措施，如严格审查受许人的加盟资格；完善的经营管理方法、规范化操作内容；加强对加盟商控制；构建高效的物流配送体系等。
