摘要:随着国民经济的不断提高,国内酒店行业不断发展,酒店的数量、规模也不断的扩大,酒店的硬件和软件设施设备不断完善,在提高标准的硬件设备的同时,更强调人对人的直接服务。很多酒店由于员工的素质不高,酒店服务质量差,而直接影响到酒店的效益,解决这一问题的最有效方法就是强化酒店员工培训管理体系。现在广州各大酒店行业逐渐开始重视酒店员工培训管理体系的构建,但是在酒店员工培训管理体系中仍存在一些问题使得效率低下,达不到预期的效果。本文通过阐述广州酒店员工培训管理体系,针对广州酒店员工培训管理工作的现状,以广州凤凰城酒店为例分析目前酒店员工培训管理体系中存在的问题,并针对问题提出相应的解决对策。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of the national economy, domestic hotel industry continues developing, the number of hotels and the scale are also enlarging. The hotel's hardware and software facilities are continuously improved. At the same time , the direct service of face to face is more and more focused on. But the low quality of employees and poor quality of hotel service, directly affect the benefit of the hotel. To solve this problem, the most effective method is strengthening hotel staff training management system. Now Guangzhou hotel industry gradually starts to pay more attention to the hotel staff training management system construction. But some problems still existed in hotel staff training management system makes the efficiency low, and can not reach the expected effect. Elaborating Guangzhou hotel staff training management system, being specific to its current situation, taking Guangzhou Phoenix hotel as an example, the paper analyses the main problems existing in hotel staff training management system, then proposes the corresponding solution countermeasures.

近年来,在满足消费者不同需求,同时也对星级酒店的经营带来了严峻挑战。从目前情况看,星级酒店的硬件设施水平已基本达到国际水准,但在管理者队伍和员工素质、人力资源结构方面还与国际酒店集团存在很大程度的差异,出现这个问题的原因是多方面的,最主要的原因是星级酒店还没有建立起科学有效的培训管理机制,培训专业化程度较低,导致酒店行业从业人员的整体综合素质偏低。星级饭店要参与竞争、打造核心竞争优势,就必须增强人力资源的竞争力,因此要加强培训投资,从完善培训需求分析,收集培训需求信息,增强培训实效性,建立规范的员工培训管理体系。
