摘要：随着改革开放的发展，我国的经济建设取得了耀眼的成绩。其中国内民营企业做出了极大的贡献。在日渐活跃的经济发展中，这个队伍在不断的壮大。如何引导这些中小企业的健康，持续，稳定的发展，本文就针对企业文化建设方面对其进行了研究。企业文化是企业核心竞争力的本源。国内外学者在这个领域进行了广泛的研究，得出了一系列系统理论。本文是以上海天净管业有限公司为例。首先，对天净公司作出了整体的介绍，然后介绍天净公司的企业文化形成和特征。其次，研究天净公司的企业文化现状，并找出问题及其原因。然后从整体和局部去分析影响天净公司企业文化的因素。最后，针对天净公司的企业文化现状，提出改善的方法和措施。通过对天净公司的企业文化的研究，对国内民营企业的企业文化建设给出一定的借鉴性帮助，这是本文的主要研究意义所在。

Abstract：With the development of reform and opening, the economic construction of our country gained great achievements. The domestic private enterprises have made great contributions. In an increasingly active economic development, the team continues to grow. How to guide the small and medium-sized enterprise healthy, sustained, stable development is an important problem. And the paper aims at the building of enterprise culture of their research. The enterprise culture is the core competitiveness of enterprises source. Domestic and foreign scholars obtained a series of system theory in the field. This paper is based on Shanghai Tianjing tube industry limited company as an example. First of all, the paper made an overall introduction about this company, and then the paper introduced this company culture formation and characteristics. Secondly, the paper studied this company enterprise culture present situation, and find out the problem and its causes. Then the paper analysis the impact of this corporate culture factors from the overall and partial to the. Finally, according to Tianjing Company enterprise culture present situation, proposed the methods and measures of improvement. Based on Tianjing Company’s corporate culture research, the domestic private enterprise culture construction to give a reference to help, this is this article main research significance.
