摘要:随着社会经济的快速发展,我国的中小型高科技企业数量也在逐年增加,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈。现代企业竞争实质上是人才竞争的观念已经为大多数企业经营者所接受。本文在人力资源理论研究的基础上,首先从中小型软件公司核心人才的招聘现状出发,分析其招聘过程中存在的问题:人力资源规划与企业战略规划不匹配、招聘前期准备工作不足、招聘过程不专业以及人才储备意识不足等,进而结合所学知识对以上问题提出相应对策。接着采用理论研究与实际案例分析相结合的研究方法,对常州艾格码科技开发有限公司的核心人才招聘进行分析研究,对其招聘中存在的问题及原因进行针对性的分析。在此基础上,从加强自身文化以及制度建设、规范招聘流程、制定人才储备计划等方面提出解决方案。

Abstract:With the rapid development of social economy , the number of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises domestically is increasing year by year, and the competition among companies is fiercer and fiercer. The fact that the modern enterprise competition is substantially the competition of talents has been accepted by most business operators. Based on the theory of human resources, this article firstly start from the current situation of the core talents recruitment in small and medium-sized software companies; thus analysis the existing problems in the process of recruitment. These problems include the mismatching between human resources programming and enterprise strategic planning; lack of preparation before recruitment; unprofessional recruitment process and ignorance of talents reservation. Then it puts forward some countermeasures to above questions based on the learned knowledge. Finally we use research methods which combines theory and practice to analyse and study the problems and causes of the core talents recruitment in Chang Zhou Agama code science and technology development limited company. What's more, on the basis of analysis and research, this article puts forward some relevant steps to resolve these problems such as strengthen system and culture construction, specify recruitment scheme, make out the plan of talents reservation.Key words: Small and Medium-sized Enterprise; Software Company; Core Talents; Recruitment
