摘要：外来务工子人员子女教育问题是伴随着外来务工人员进城数量规模化而产生的。从长远来看，随着我国经济社会的发展以及城市化进程的不断推进，外来务工人员子女的就学问题将长期存在，妥善解决好这一问题又是十分紧迫和必要的。当前我国外来务工人员子女教育存在着诸多问题：入学率低，辍学率高；外来务工人员女入学限制太多；公办学校的教育资源短缺问题日益突出；民办外来务工人员子女学校办学难保障。针对这些问题，我们要采取切实可行的对策：加强对外来务工人员及其子女这一特殊群体的人文关怀；完善法律政策；完善教育制度；加强政府管理。只有把这些问题落实到实处，外来务工人员子女教育问题才能有效解决。

Abstract：Migrant Children's Education along with the scale of the number of migrant workers in cities, to changes in the process of transformation of migrant workers and foreign workers of their own situation in the gradual emergence of farmers. In the long run, continuously push forward with the economic and social development and urbanization process, the schooling of children of migrant workers will be a long time to properly resolve this issue is very urgent and necessary. The current number of floating population in China is already enormous, and behind them their children's education is at this stage an important social issue, the resolution of this issue related to the stability and harmonious development of society in the future. We must pay attention to the migrant children education, improve laws and policies, adhere to the scientific development concept as a starting point, so that people-oriented, in order to better coordinate the development of society, to ensure that the educational problems of children of migrant workers to be the most proper solution.
