摘要:在全球经济一体化时代,企业要想在市场经济中占据主导地位,实现组织目标,关键在于员工。想要提高员工的技术能力,调整和改善员工的思想观念以及工作态度,关键在于对员工进行培训。但是,如今员工的在职培训在民营企业中的应用还存在着很多误区。本文以民营企业员工在职培训为研究对象,首先阐述了我国民营企业员工在职培训存在的问题:培训流于形式、培训方式单一、培训师资力量差、评估体系不完善;其次从这几个角度有针对性地提出了可行性建议。本文还以B公司为例具体阐述了如何改进员工在职培训。本研究在一定程度上能够加深民营企业对员工在职培训的重视程度,并对民营企业的可持续发展有一定的意义。

Abstract:In the era of global economic integration, how can the enterprises dominate in a market economy and achieve organizational goals, the key is the staff. How to improve the employees’ technical ability, adjust and improve the ideas and attitude of the employees, the key point is employee training. However, the in-service training applied in private enterprise has a lot of errors. This paper takes private enterprise in-service training as object of study, describing the existing problems of private enterprises in-service training. Training is the form, and the training methods are simple. Teachers who guide staff training are poor. What’s more, the system of evaluating is imperfect. I take company B for a specific research object, coming up with measures to improve employee job training. In this study, to some extent, private enterprises will deepen the degree of attention to the recruitment of employee training, and private enterprises for sustainable development have certain significance.
