摘要:随着全球经济的迅猛发展,而知识水准更是推动经济发展的强大动力,高层次人才争夺显得格外火热。高校是人才集聚的地方,人才争夺势必更加激烈。随着人才流动的体制性和技术性障碍大幅度减少,人才的争夺也将变得越来越公开,越来越规范。本文通过对具体高校的人才结构和现行的人才流动管理机制进行分析,指出现行人才流动机制的弊端,结合目前经济和人才的发展趋势,提出相应的建议,努力使高校建立科学合理的人才引入和培养战略,希望本文可以对该高校人才的合理流动改革提供些新的思路。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the global economy, and the knowledge level is to promote a strong driving force for economic development, high level talent is very hot. University is talent assemble place, talent contention is more intense. With the talent flow system and technical barriers to decrease substantially, competition will become more and more open, more and more normative. This article through to the specific university personnel structure and the flow of talent management mechanism are analyzed, pointing out that the existing talent flow mechanism the malpractice, combined with the current economy and talent development trend, put forward the corresponding suggestion, try to make colleges and universities to establish scientific and reasonable talent introduction and training strategy, hope this paper can be the rational flow of trained personnel reform in Colleges and universities to provide some new ideas.
