摘要:培训的最终目的是为了员工的更高效的工作,是实现员工的贡献与公司付给员工的报酬对等甚至于超越。培训作为连接着招聘与薪酬的中间纽带,员工通过招聘进入公司,经过培训上岗得到的报酬。员工的价值就是他能为这个公司带去多少的效益,相对而言效益越高,薪酬越高。但是在公司中如果培训的不合时宜,则是一种公司和员工的双失,所以本文要阐述的就是对企业内训一些思考和建议。
