本文旨在通过分析一个中小型数码企业现有供应商的选择管理,并结合数码企业的特点,对其供应商评价管理进行相应调整,从而构建一个符合数码企业供应商的选择评价模式加以应用,以提高企业的竞争力促进企业进一步发展。并以该模式为其他相似或者相同的企业在供应商选择方面提供参考

ABSTRACT:Since from the middle and late 20th century, the continuous development of the economy has accelerated economic globalization and information technology,The global information network and the global market are evolving. Market is changing from a seller's market to a buyer's market, the users’ needs come to be personalization and the diversification-oriented, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Enterprises are facing greater challenges.
In such situation, enterprises gradually change their focus on the management of the supply chain. Suppliers as a source of the supply chain that shoulder the responsibility of manufacturing resources. It plays a key role in the link of supply chain management; supplier selection has a significant impact on corporate profitability and production operations, it even directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. Therefor how to better select and manage suppliers is a question which is worth exploring.
This article aims to analyzing the existing supplier choice management of a small digital enterprise, and adjusting the supplier evaluation management combined with the characteristics of the digital enterprise, so as to build a choice and evaluation model which in line with the supplier of the digital enterprises and using it to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the further development. And providing references for the similar or identical enterprises with regard to vendor selection.
