摘要:在物流配送过程中，车辆路径优化问题是物流配送优化的核心环节，路径的优化对于提高企业配送运作效率、提高服务质量和企业的经济效益、减少企业配送成本、减少资源浪费、节约企业人力物力都起着至关重要的作用。本文结合配送和路径优化的相关理论知识，通过分析重庆市K公司现有的配送状况，找出K公司现有配送中存在的突出问题，根据配送中心的运输能力和配送中心到各个用户之间的距离，运用节约里程法建模求解对重庆市K公司配送路线进行优化：合理选择配送路线，缩短不必要的配送路线，减少配送车辆的调用。对K公司的车辆进行合理的调度和安排，提高K公司车辆的利用率，降低配送成本，减轻总的配送里程数，节约配送时间，满足客户的及时性需求，从而提高企业市场的竞争力和经济效益，提高K公司的配送效率。

ABSTRACT:During the logisitics distribution, it is the Vehicle Routing Problem that is the core link of the optimization of logistics distribution. Through the optimization of the transportation path, we can improve the logistics operational efficiency, the quality if service and the economic benefit of enterprises. What’s more, the routing of vehicle is crucial to the reduction of distribution costs, the wasting of resources and the demanding of manpower and material resources. According to the knowledge of the distribution and the vehicle routing, this paper hold an opinion that the Chongqing K Company, based on the condition of its own distribution and the prominent problems, should use the Saving Mileage modeling to optimize the delivery route on the grounds of the ability of distribution centers and the distance from centers to the delivery destinations, for example, it is important to choose the rational route to shorten distance and reduce the amount and time of vehicle which has a good effect on saving the delivery costs, increasing the vehicle utilization rate and the distribution rate, and demanding the need of users so as to improve its market competitiveness and economic benefit.
