摘要：随着经济社会发展，遂宁市天然气需求迅猛增长。根据调研资料测算，到2022年遂宁市天然气需求达280.8亿方/年，比2012年增长4.7倍，年均增幅19%，遂宁市现有天然气产量和输配能力已不能满足未来用气需要。针对这个问题,进行了天然气保规划。以磨溪气田雷一1气藏和磨溪气田嘉二气藏为主要气源，以北内环和北干线为第二气源，形成“主要气源为主、第二气源为辅”双重保障，从而从气源上保证天然气的供应；对输气能力不能满足未来需求的区域，根据大宗用户用气进度建设8条输气管道及配套设施，保障天然气的输送。除此之外，还对遂宁市未来20年天然气的需求变化进行了预测评估，证明了此保障规划是可行的。
