摘要：随着我国现代物流业的快速发展，物流配送越来越受到重视，一个科学合理的配送线路规划，不仅可以降低配送成本，提高配送效益，而且能准确及时的配送到需求点，同时也可以提高物流服务水平，提高企业竞争能力。因此，物流企业科学合理的规划配送路径是很有现实意义和市场研究价值。
本文以深入考察X物流公司为例，分析当前该公司运行现状及出现的问题并根据存在的问题提出合理的解决对策，特别是在运输线路这方面根据对节约里程法配送线路的思想和方法的理解与把握为该公司制定一个合理的运输线路规划方案，希望能为该公司以后发展提供部分有意义的建议。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of modern logistics industry in our country, the logistics distribution was more intentioned, a scientific and reasonable distribution route planning, not only can reduce distribution costs, improve distribution efficiency, and can accurately and on time delivery to the demand point, at the same time also can improve the logistics service level, improve the enterprise competition ability. Therefore, logistics enterprises scientific and rational planning and distribution path is great of practical significance and value of market research.
The thesis Based on the in-depth investigation of X logistics company as an example, the analysis of current status of the company operation and the problems and put forward reasonable countermeasures according to the existing problems, especially in the area of transportation according to save mileage method of distribution line of thought and method of understanding and grasp of the company to develop a reasonable transportation planning, hope for the company future development to provide some meaningful advice.
