摘要：我国城市化的快速发展，使城市建成区与广大乡村地区相连接的城乡结合部成为土地利用问题最为尖锐和集中的特殊经济地理部位。本文选取南通市港闸区为研究对象，在土地利用相关理论和研究区基本情况的基础上，用定性与定量相结合的方法，分析研究区土地利用结构布局、土地集约利用、地类动态变化、新增建设用地和规划发展等特征。结合土地利用特征分析,采用ArcGIS叠加分析、区域用地集约利用程度定量评价、植被覆盖率计算等研究方法分析研究区在耕地保护、土地集约利用、生态环境等方面的问题。此外，本文针对存在的问题提出合理化建议，并构建了全面的土地利用评价体系。

Abstract：The rapid development of urbanization, making urban-rural area, the connection between urban and rural, becomes the special economic geography position concentrating most acutely land use problems.This article selects Gangzha District in Nantong as the research object. Based on the land use related theory and research area’s basic situation, with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, land use features of research area, such as land use structure layout, intensive utilization of land, land types dynamic change, new construction land and planning development, are analyzed. Then through the analysis of land use characteristics, use ArcGIS overlay analysis, quantitative evaluation to intensified use of regional land and research methods of vegetation coverage calculation to analysis problems in farmland protection, land intensive use, ecological environment, etc. This paper also puts forward rational suggestions aiming at the problems, and constructs the comprehensive land use evaluation system.
